Overnight at Mummy fel's house
WOOHOO!! yay! Haha! I'm so happy and I enjoyed the time spend when mummy fel yesterday! She taught me sooooooooooooooo many things. Oh anyway, I've got to say she's rather motherly. Lols. Opps. She woke me up like how my mum always woke me up, made breakfast for me and walk me to the bus stop. LOL. I think I really never anyhow call her mummy. Lols. So lame. Alrights I think I should just jump straight into the main thing I want to blog about. =D
Anyway last night, mummy fel and I were suppose to sleep early, but we end up talking till 2 plus going 3. Lols. We just keep going on talking and talking but it was a great shepherding time with her. I’ve learn a lot of things through just one night of staying over at her house. She taught me about being obedience, humility and a willing heart. These are some of the 3 main things to take note as a believer and to grow on it. All of us should learn to be obedient, be it to our parents, leaders, etc. Just whoever has authority over us. It is not a overnight thing for me to be obedient though. Mummy fel always stress "It takes time", which is true and strongly believe in it. The obedience that I see in mummy fel, makes me want to be more and more obedient towards whoever who has authority over me, especially my parents.
2nd is being humility. Seriously I think being humility is not easy, sometimes I find it quite difficult to let down my pride and accepting constructive comments giving by whoever who has authority over me. Not all the times though. Mummy fel actually share with me, how her previous shepherd was so straight forward with her that, she can just correct her straight in the face. And also how her shepherd actually remind her that, "Whatever reactions you give me when I correct you, you are actually showing it to God and not me". I think this is really an important thing for the sheeps or leaders who is under anyone. We should not let our pride and stubbornness bring us down and lead us to disobeying them. Not easy but we can do it!
3rd is a willing heart. YEA! I strongly believe in this. A willing heart can let you grow like never before. How can one serve or worship God for the sake of doing it and not with a willing heart? Isn’t it the same as being forced by someone? This really makes me think back about the past few years of my walk with Him and really reflect on it. Thank God for always being so faithful to me and never leave me at all when I left Him, if not I don’t think I will even being going to church or even growing now. It really takes a willing heart to grow and commit to Him. No one can forced you, just as the day when you actually receive and accept Him as your Lord and savior. It is your own decision isn’t it? All it takes is a willing heart for Him to transform you into the person He wants you to be. I yearn to be transform more each day into the person He wants me to be and to let Him fully use me. That reminds me of Fel telling me that, “God loves everyone, but not everyone is favored by Him”. Oh mans! I really want Him to use me to the fullest!
Other then these 3 main things, I’ve also learnt and understand other things too. Fel always remind me to take control of my emotions and not the other way round. Yea! That should be the way and I yearn to be a PRO in taking control over my emotions! So when the devil comes to play with my emotions, I’ll be well prepared and not fall into his trap. I’ll kick he’s butt when he comes! Muahahaha. Satan you better shoo off first before I kick you butt!
I tend to doubt a lot. So I asked fel what I should do about it. Then she shared with me about during one of her mission trip to Thailand to our mother church, the pastor there once told her that, “You either believe 100% or don’t believe at all”. In other words, don’t doubt so much. It is better that you either believe 100% or don’t believe at all, than to doubt about it. Since you doubt might as will don’t believe. I think that really made me learnt to not be so doubtful towards myself, friends or even God. I’m still coping with it. I think what I need is more faith.
Oh mans, God’s plan is so wonderful and magnificent! Each time I look back at my life, I realized that my life kind of link here and there, to where and what I am now. From the day I was born to now. It is so wonderfully planned by Him. Last few days when I was told that I changed shepherd and care group, I was actually kind of sad and I didn’t understand why fully. I was actually sharing with Fel about what I was sad about on Sunday. I didn’t really ask her about the changes of shepherd and care group in details. As she went on sharing about her past experiences of it to me, I finally could understand why I was planned to be under her and not whom I always wanted to be under. God really sheltered and protect me a lot. I am so well taken care of by Him. Seriously, if I were to fall back again, I think I might not even go back to Him anymore. This makes me fear the most, because I will never want to be far away from Him anymore. It feels terrible when He is not around. I really thank God for every planned He has for me. He’s planned are always the best for me and I trust in that.
It is truly a great shepherding. I believe I will grow very well under Fel. I am anticipating to grow more each day. Hahaha. I shall end here. Take care everyone. =D
